SAP Analytics Lead

In IT-TALENT We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Analytics/Data Lead to support
and enhance enterprise data and analytics capabilities for a US-based organization
operating on SAP S/4HANA and DataSphere platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise analytics and reporting
solutions using SAP S/4HANA and SAP DataSphere.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and IT teams to gather
reporting and analytics requirements.
- Develop and maintain data models, semantic layers, KPIs, dashboards, and
reporting solutions.
- Design and optimize ETL/data integration processes between SAP and non-SAP
systems.
- Ensure data quality, governance, consistency, and security across analytics
platforms.
- Support enterprise reporting tools and BI solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud
(SAC), Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Analyze business processes and provide actionable insights to improve
operational and financial performance.

> Required Qualifications <
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, data management, or business
intelligence roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
o SAP S/4HANA
o SAP DataSphere
o SAP BW/BW4HANA or related SAP analytics technologies
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as:
o SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
o Power BI
o Tableau or similar BI tools
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and enterprise data
architecture.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise data environments and
integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
