SAP Commerce QA Engineer

<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP S/4 &amp; Hybris Test Analyst to support enterprise applications and digital commerce platforms for a US-based organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience testing SAP S/4HANA and SAP Hybris environments, with expertise in end-to-end business process validation, regression testing, defect management, and user acceptance support.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Execute manual functional testing of SAP Hybris B2B storefront, product catalog, navigation, and search functionality.</li><li>Validate product configuration UI and customer-facing commerce workflows.</li><li>Test cart and checkout workflows across multiple order types and customer scenarios.</li><li>Perform cross-browser compatibility testing across Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.</li><li>Execute regression testing cycles prior to production releases to minimize defect leakage.</li><li>Validate Hybris user account management, customer hierarchies, and role-based access.</li><li>Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test scripts.</li><li>Conduct exploratory testing for new features, enhancements, and configuration changes.</li><li>Document edge cases, negative testing scenarios, and error handling validations.</li><li>Collaborate with developers and business analysts for impact analysis and issue resolution.</li></ul><p>SAP S/4HANA Testing Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Execute end-to-end business process testing across SAP S/4HANA modules including SD, PP, MM, FI, and integration points.</li><li>Validate system integrations between Hybris and SAP S/4HANA environments.</li><li>Test sales order processing, production workflows, shipping, billing, and financial postings.</li><li>Verify SAP transaction processing and data integrity throughout business workflows.</li><li>Validate variant configuration rules, BOM logic, and product dependency rules.</li><li>Execute GUI-based SAP transaction testing aligned with business user processes.</li><li>Verify outbound delivery creation, picking, packing, goods issue, and invoice generation.</li><li>Perform regression and integration testing for SAP configuration and development changes.</li><li>Log and track defects with detailed reproduction steps, screenshots, logs, and severity classification.</li></ul><p>Required Qualifications:</p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.<br>Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, QA, or SAP application testing.<br>Strong hands-on experience with:<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;o SAP S/4HANA<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;o SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud<br>Experience testing integrated enterprise business processes.<br>Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SD, PP, MM, FI, or EWM.<br>Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.<br>Knowledge of regression, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing methodologies.</p>
