SAP EWM Consultant

<p>We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EWM Functional Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience to support a new SAP S/4HANA implementation for a leading Sporting Goods company in the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP Embedded EWM, extensive experience with RF (Radio Frequency) solution design, and a solid understanding of Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) processes.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM functional design and implementation for a new S/4HANA rollout</li><li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into end-to-end EWM functional solutions aligned with warehouse operations</li><li>Configure and customize core EWM warehouse processes, including:<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;o Inbound Processing (ASN, Goods Receipt, Putaway)<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;o Outbound Processing (Picking, Packing, Shipping)<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;o Internal Warehouse Movements<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;o Physical Inventory and Cycle Counting<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;o Value-Added Services (VAS)</li><li>Design, build, and optimize RF Framework (RFUI / Mobile RF) transactions to support warehouse floor operations</li><li>Work closely with business users to define RF gun screens, flows, validations, and warehouse layouts</li><li>Support and optimize warehouse processes for Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) products</li><li>Configure and manage:<br>&nbsp; o Warehouse structure (Warehouse Number, Storage Types, Storage Sections, Activity Areas)<br>&nbsp; o Work Centers, Labor Management (if applicable)<br>&nbsp; o Warehouse Order Creation Rules and Strategies</li><li>Prepare and maintain functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documents, and test scripts</li></ul><p>Main Requirements:</p><ul><li>7+ years of hands-on SAP EWM Functional experience, with strong exposure to S/4HANA Embedded EWM</li><li>Proven experience working on new S/4HANA implementations (greenfield or major rollout preferred)</li><li>Extensive experience designing, configuring, and supporting RF (Radio Frequency) warehouse solutions</li><li>Strong practical experience with RF guns / mobile warehouse devices, including screen sequencing and validations</li><li>Deep understanding and experience supporting MTO (Make-to-Order) and MTS (Make-to-Stock) warehouse processes</li><li>Strong functional knowledge of:<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; o Inbound &amp; Outbound logistics<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; o Warehouse Task &amp; Warehouse Order management<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; o Picking strategies (wave, zone, batch picking)<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; o Packing, staging, and shipping processes</li><li>Experience working closely with warehouse operations and floor users to optimize execution processes</li><li>Strong understanding of S/4HANA integration with EWM, including MM, SD, and manufacturing processes</li></ul>
