SAP VC/AVC Consultant

<p>In IT-TALENT we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SAP VC/AVC Consultant for a US-based organization operating on SAP S/4HANA</p><p>Position Summary<br>A strong SAP VC/AVC candidate focuses on designing, modeling, and optimizing configurable products in SAP ECC (LOVC) and SAP S/4HANA (AVC). Core responsibilities include building classes/characteristics, dependency logic, Super BOMs/Routings, integrating with SD–PP–MM, and implementing configuration-to-order processes.</p><p>The SAP VC/AVC person is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing product configuration models in SAP LOVC (ECC) and SAP AVC (S/4HANA). The role supports complex, configurable products across Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and CPQ processes. The consultant partners with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, high performance configuration solutions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Implement design for configurable products across SD, PP, MM, and CPQ.</li><li>Drive architecture for ConfiguretoOrder (CTO), MaketoOrder (MTO) processes.</li><li>Build and maintain:<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Configurable materials (KMAT)<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Classes &amp; characteristics<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Object dependencies (procedures, constraints, preconditions, selection conditions)<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Variant tables<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Configuration profiles<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Develop Super BOMs and Super Routings for complex manufacturing.</li><li>Conduct workshops, blueprinting, and requirementgathering sessions.</li><li>Translate business needs into scalable VC/AVC models.</li><li>Support quoting and guided selling processes (especially when integrated with SAP CPQ).</li><li>Support existing VC models</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><p>+4 years SAP experience with strong specialization in VC and/or AVC.<br>Handson experience with:<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; SAP LOVC (ECC)<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; SAP AVC on S/4HANA<br>Deep knowledge of:<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Logic dependency<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Configurable BOMs &amp; routings<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Variant modeling techniques<br>Strong understanding of SD, PP, MM integration.<br>Preferred Qualifications<br>Experience with:<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; SAP CPQ<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; SAP PLM, MM, ECM<br>Knowledge of omnichannel and ecommerce configuration scenarios.</p>
