Sr. Manager, Data & AI Solutions Architecture

IT-TALENT is currently seeking a Sr. Manager, Data & AI Solutions Architecture for one of its international clients.

Position Overview:
This role leads the design and delivery of the group's data, BI, and AI solutions while managing a team
of data and software engineers. The person in this role owns solutions end to end, builds alongside the
team, and champions AI across the group's work.

Key Responsibilities
> Leadership <
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers, BI developers, and software engineers.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and client-focused culture.
- Establish technical standards, architectural principles, and development best practices.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on technical leadership and coaching.

> Solution Architecture & Business Partnership <
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and identify opportunities where technology and AI can improve business outcomes.
- Architect client facing and enterprise solutions spanning data, analytics, AI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure and other leading technologies
- Design solutions that maximize existing technology investments while maintaining simplicity, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into practical technical architectures and implementation roadmaps.

> AI Strategy & Innovation <
- Champion an AI-first mindset across the Technology organization.
- Identify and implement practical AI use cases that improve productivity, operational efficiency, client service, and decision-making.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where they align with business strategy and existing architecture.
- Build AI capabilities using Microsoft's AI ecosystem and other approved technologies while maintaining appropriate governance and security.

> Data & Analytics <
- Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise data solutions and reporting platforms.
- Establish scalable data models, integration strategies, and governance practices.
- Drive the evolution of Power BI and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, performance, and security across enterprise reporting solutions.
Delivery
- Lead solution delivery from concept through production deployment.
- Remove delivery obstacles, facilitate technical decisions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Remain technically engaged throughout the entire development and delivery lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement across development practices, DevOps, and AI-assisted software delivery.
